At Coffeenap Roasters, we seek out the true character of each coffee at every stage of that journey. To us, roasting is not simply the act of heating beans. It is the work of expressing the story within them as honestly and deliciously as possible. That is why we are not bound by a fixed method, and we focus instead on drawing out the unique qualities and potential of every bean. At the cupping table, we taste and smell each coffee ourselves and our roast in the direction that is truest to that bean and most memorable. Along the way, we strip away what is unnecessary and try to understand how the coffee was grown and which decisions shaped its taste. To introduce the pure flavor of well-grown green coffee in the best way we can: that is what Coffeenap Roasters does, and it is the most honest way we know to approach coffee.

COWORK COFFEE connects green coffee origins from around the world with customers in Korea, providing high-quality green coffee beans at reasonable prices with a reliable and stable supply. We communicate directly with local producers and exporters to connect Korean customers with exceptional coffees from carefully selected origins. To secure high-quality green coffee that meets the unique characteristics and quality standards of each origin, we personally visit production sites and processing facilities and carefully evaluate and verify the quality of the coffee. We also maintain long-term relationships built on trust with our origin partners, enabling us to provide a consistent and stable supply of green coffee beans and deliver reliable quality to our customers over the long term.

We consider coffee to be food. Since the fundamental ingredients are the most important part of any food, we strive to use high-quality green beans and roast them consistently to ensure a delicious taste. As we prioritize maintaining freshness based on excellent ingredients, we only ship beans roasted within 5 days. 1. Green Bean Quality Check - We verify the taste of the green beans through sample roasting after using a Sinar (moisture/density meter). 2. Roasting Point Check - After roasting, we check the color at the desired point using a Color Track (colorimeter). 3. Hand Picking - We individually remove Quakers (defective beans) from the roasted beans using a hand-picking machine (SATAKE fms-2000). 4. Cupping - We conduct cupping after roasting to check the taste of every batch.
