Reflect Coffee Roasters is a roastery brand based in Seocho and Yangjae, Seoul. At our own roasting factory, we oversee every step from green bean sourcing to roasting, introducing specialty coffees from a wide range of origins. We currently run two cafes where we meet our guests in person, and through our online store, we bring our coffee into your home as well. We also supply wholesale beans to partner businesses, recommending coffees that suit each shop's menu and way of working. From roasting to the final cup, we take care of every step ourselves. We hope the good flavors we've discovered can find their way naturally into someone's everyday life.

RISE COFFEE

RISE COFFEE began in 2016 not as a business plan, but as a small home roasting setup and a belief that coffee in Thailand could go further than most people had tasted. We moved beyond buying green coffee off a shelf and built direct relationships with Thai farmers and processors, working season after season to understand how coffee is grown and cared for long before it reaches a roaster. Today that network spans more than 10 farms across Thailand. In 2021 we opened our Ploenchit flagship alongside RISE LAB, our in-house roastery, where every batch is cupped and refined so the work at origin can be tasted in the cup. But RISE was never meant to be just a cafe. We are a network of passionate people working to make a progressive difference in Thai coffee, from farm sourcing and roasting to consulting, retail and the cafe itself. What we learn from farmers shapes how we roast, how we roast shapes how we train, and how we train shapes what you taste across the counter.

The name “SLOW” in Slow J represents coffee to be enjoyed at an unhurried pace, a moment of leisure amid our busy everyday lives, and the care we put into crafting each cup of coffee and every piece of bread by hand. Since 2018, we have continued to roast coffee with carefully selected beans, creating a variety of blends and roast profiles that bring out the unique character of each bean. Alongside our coffee, we also bake bread and desserts fresh in our cafe every day, using quality ingredients and putting care into every step to bring small moments of joy to everyday life.
