Admissions Policy

Admission
Admission to Seoul International Cafe Show (the “Event”) is permitted only for pre-registered visitors with badges, onsite-registered visitors, exhibitors, media representatives, and speakers who hold a valid event badge.

Onsite Registration
Visitors who register onsite will be required to pay an onsite admission fee.
The fee varies depending on the ticket category. Please refer to the ticket page for detailed information.

Eligibility to Attend
Admission to the Event is limited to industry professionals, startup founders or aspiring entrepreneurs, business visitors, and exhibitors who are directly related to or interested in the subject area of the Event.

Data Sharing
By allowing their badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor during the Event, visitors agree that their name and contact information may be shared with the exhibitor or sponsor, who may contact them regarding their products or services.

Badge Security
Badge holders must not allow their badge to be worn by another person.
Failure to comply may result in both the badge holder and the unauthorized wearer being removed from the Event.
Anyone who obtains a badge through theft, deception, or other illegal means may also be removed from the Event.

Identity Check
All attendees must carry a valid personal photo identification (such as a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card) and present it upon request by the Organisers.

Age Restrictions
For Business Days (Days 1 and 2), admission is restricted to visitors aged 19 or older.
For Public Days:
  • Preschool children may enter only when accompanied by an adult guardian.
  • Visitors aged 7 and above may enter through pre-registration or onsite registration.

Animals
Except for guide dogs or other certified service animals, no animals or pets are permitted inside the Event venue.

Conduct
Attendees must not engage in any activities that may disrupt the Event.
Activities such as political demonstrations, campaigning, unauthorized promotions, or distribution of leaflets are strictly prohibited.

Press
Press badges are issued only to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, and broadcasters associated with the relevant industry.
Applicants must provide valid credentials, such as a recognized press card, business card, or official documentation.
Press applications from advertising personnel or media sales representatives will not be accepted.

Photography and Recording
Official photographers and film crews may take photographs and record videos during the Event.
By attending the Event, all participants consent to photography and video recording, and permit the Organisers to use such materials for archival, promotional, or commercial purposes without compensation.
Visitors are not permitted to take photographs, audio recordings, or video recordings without prior written permission from the Organisers.

Reservation of Rights
The Organisers reserve the right to deny admission or remove any person from the Event who violates this policy or whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

  • Cooperate with security checks conducted by event staff.
  • Dispose of their badge after returning home, rather than in bins immediately outside the venue, to protect personal information.
