At One Half Coffee Roastery, we highlight the natural flavors of carefully sourced, seasonal coffees that reflect their origins and unique qualities. We source coffees that express terroir, showcase variety, and are purposefully processed. We believe that where coffee comes from matters and the resulting inherent flavors are what we strive to highlight. When roasting, we focus on accentuating origin character without masking too much of it with roast-related flavors. The resulting espressos and filters are aromatic, clean, sweet, and acidity-forward a celebration of our favorite aspects of specialty coffee.

As a next-generation cafe operation solution, OnePress Intelligent Solution is fostering a new culture of cafe management focused on low cost and high efficiency. Serve a variety of drinks, including coffee, in just 20 to 30 seconds, and it can produce up to approximately 300 cups per hour without any issues. This is a new cafe operation solution that goes beyond the limitations of traditional systems by reducing labor and operating costs while boosting sales during peak hours. We are holding a pre-launch event with Cafe Show ahead of the 2027 launch.

Oraund combines the meaning of the German word 'Ora,' meaning 'pray,' the conjunction 'und,' meaning 'and,' to encompass coffee, space, culture all in one. The story of 'Ora' begins with the legend of Kaldi. Kaldi, a goatherd, discovered the energizing effects of coffee when he noticed that his goats, after eating coffee berries, remained lively late into the night. Curious, he tried the berries himself felt his fatigue disappear, realizing the power of caffeine. Kaldi then gave the coffee berries to a monk, who found that they helped him stay awake during his night prayers scripture studies. Through monks, coffee spread worldwide.

We are a Japan-based company specializing in specialty coffee and Japanese matcha. Through ORIGIN COUNTRIES, we source specialty green coffee directly from producers across Africa and other origins, building long-term relationships with producers and connecting distinctive coffees with roasters in Japan and beyond. Through YAMAFUKU MATCHA, we work with tea producers in Japan to introduce high-quality Japanese matcha to cafes, coffee roasters, and distributors worldwide. Our selection includes matcha from regions such as Kagoshima and Shizuoka, with options ranging from organic matcha to single-origin and single-cultivar lots.
