In November 2013, we opened Coffee County, our roastery in Kurume, Japan. Before opening, we spent nearly three months traveling through coffee-producing regions in Central America, beginning in May 2013. In Nicaragua, we lived and worked on a coffee farm, taking part in daily life and learning about coffee from the ground up. We wanted to understand more than just the coffee itself. We wanted to meet the people who grow it, experience their lives, and understand the land and communities that shape each coffee. Today, we primarily work with coffees from producers we have visited and built relationships with in person. Through our roasting and the coffees we serve, we hope to share not only the qualities found in each cup, but also something of the people, places, and land behind it. And this year, we took a new step in our journey. We acquired a coffee farm in Honduras and have begun a new challenge ? becoming coffee producers ourselves.

Founded in 2013 in Gangdong-gu, east of Seoul, Coffee Montage is a coffee company that currently operates a cafe with a showroom in Seongnae-dong, Gangdong-gu, as well as a roasting factory in Hanam, Gyeonggi Province. With stable roasting quality control, Coffee Montage supplies coffee to over 150 food and beverage outlets nationwide, and since 2021, it has been attempting direct trade with the Costa Rican coffee region while participating in various international coffee auctions to introduce quality coffee. It has also been selected for 12 consecutive years by Korea’s top gourmet site, Blue Ribbon Survey, and was named the best specialty coffee brand with two Blue Ribbon awards.

Coffee N Do is a premium level coffee roasting company, and mainly deal with specialty coffee beans. our company has wondered how we could inform to many of different types of coffee and how to enjoy coffee more conveniently. As a result, we have been able to complete the flannel drip design coffee filter after developing the product for approximately 3 years. We are also currently running a franchise business with our developed product which separates us from other franchise companies.
