Chilboksanghoe is a small layout roastery in Suyu-dong, Gangbuk-gu, Seoul. It followed the name of my parents' small dried fish shop, which started at the entrance of the nursing traditional market in 1984, and the two brothers have inherited their parents' hearts and attitudes throughout their lives, and since 2014, they have been presenting coffee and desserts that have been faithfully and honestly roasted every day under the same name.

We present hand made chocolates that contain local and special korean taste. @ Eun-hye Kim who owns 'Gracekim Dessert' studies and sells special handmade chocolate products that incoporate Korean flavors. She also educates chocolate for people who wants to learn chocolate or become chocolatiers. CHOCOLAT111, Chocolat111 is a portmanteau of "chocolat," the French word for chocolate, and "cent onze," the phonetic pronunciation of the store's address, 111. The name intuitively signals that this is a chocolate-making establishment, while the French spelling conveys the chef's motto of showcasing French confectionery.
