The brief specifications for each coffee are followings:
*COPAN: Chocolate flavor, round body, good balance in flavors and aromas, pleasant aftertaste *OPALACA: Fine delicate acidity, pleasently aromatic, well balanced with tropical fruit flavors such as grapes and blackberries, sweet aftertaste and soft body *MONTECILLOS: Uniform coffee, fruit and sweet fragance, vivid and brilliant acidity, orange and peach flavor creating a vibrant drink, toning aftertaste and velvety body *COMAYAGUA: Pronunced critric flavor, sweet and fruity fragances and intense acidity *AGALTA: Citric Flavor, soft body, balanced floral and fruity aromas, pleasant aftertaste *El PARAISO: Balanced Coffee, Light Acidity Predominates, Pleasant aftertaste
