Greetings from Cafe Show Seoul.

 

As we step closer to Seoul Cafe Show 2026, we would like to express our deepest gratitude for your dedication and efforts in preparing for this year''s event.

We are pleased to share the 2026 Floor Plan along with guidelines for submitting the mandatory submissions. 
Please review your assigned booth number and location to prepare your booth plans accordingly.

Additionally, to ensure smooth on-site operations, please make sure to submit all essential requirements—including Company Profile Directory, Exhibitor Badges, and Utility/Facility Applications—before the designated deadline.

 

 

1. Floor Plan

 

The booth location has been assigned based on the「Cafe Show Seoul Booth Allocation Rules」which include booth size, registration timing and re-participation.

Please refer to the attached floor plan booth allocation rules.

 

This floor plan is for exhibitor-only. The final floor plan will be updated with the brand name you register on the [Mandatory Application - Exhibitor Profile].

Please make sure you submit the brand name on the Exhibitor Portal [Mandatory Application - Exhibitor Profile].

2. Additional Application Submission (- September 30, 2026)

 

Please make sure you submit all mandatory applications on the exhibitor portal.

Exhibitor Profile, Additional Utilities, Exhibitor Badge, Invitation Tickets are mandatory for ALL EXHIBITORS.

It is kindly requested to submit by the deadline as well as optional applications you need such as Cherry''s Choice, Parking Pass and Green Booth.

  4. Exhibitor Badge - All Mandatory : Exhibitor Entrance Badge to access the hall
  5. Invitation Ticket - All Mandatory : Email / Mobile invitation
  6. Booth Construction & Design - Space-only Mandatory
