As the summer heat continues around the world, we hope you are all staying safe, healthy, and energized.

To help you thoroughly prepare for the upcoming show, we will be sending regular updates with key information via email.

1. Exhibitor Manual

 

We are pleased to share the online Exhibitor Manual, which includes essential information such as the construction and move-in schedule, booth and facility details, and required document submissions.
To make it easy for you to access the guide anytime, anywhere, we are providing it as an online document. You can also use Notion’s search feature to quickly find the information you need.

2. Additional Application Submission (- September 30, 2026)

 

Please make sure you submit all mandatory applications on the exhibitor portal.

Exhibitor Profile, Additional Utilities, Exhibitor Badge, Invitation Tickets are mandatory for ALL EXHIBITORS.

It is kindly requested to submit by the deadline as well as optional applications you need such as Cherry''s Choice, Parking Pass and Green Booth.

Exhibitor Login - Please contact the organizer office if you forget your login information.

  1. Exhibitor Profile (Signage Name) - All Mandatory : Official brand/product information to be posted on exhibitor list, floor plan, and show directory
  2. Additional Utilities - All Mandatory : Electricity, Water Supply, Internet, Phone, Compressed Air / Visitor Registration System
  3. Water Supply & Drainage Safety Contract - Water Supply Mandatory
  4. Exhibitor Badge - All Mandatory : Exhibitor Entrance Badge to access the hall
  5. Invitation Ticket - All Mandatory : Email / Mobile invitation
  6. Booth Construction & Design - Space-only Mandatory
