The deadline for application submission is just around the corner.

We sincerely thank all participating companies for your hard work in preparing for the exhibition despite busy schedules.

 

If you have not yet completed your application, please be sure to submit it as soon as possible!

 

📣 Online Applications Deadline(~Sep 30) 

 

The submission deadline for exhibition preparation applications is September 30 (Tuesday).

The Exhibitor Profile, Exhibitor Badge, Invitations are mandatory applications that must be submitted by all participants.

Please submit them online with the necessary optional applications such as Parking Pass

 

※ The submission deadline for Additional Utilities, Space-only Booth Construction & Design, Additional Utilities Location Request  has been extend until October 15. Please refer to the notice below for details

📌[Mandatory 1] Exhibitor Profile : If not submitted, the company name for external

purposes(floor plan) will be displayed based on the participation contract.

📌[Mandatory 2] Application Utilities : As this exhibition requires a large number of electricity and water & drainage applications,

submissions may not be accepted after the general deadline. 1kw Electricity will be provided per 1 Shell stand booth.

📌[Mandatory 4] Exhibitor Badge : If not submitted, the person in charge’s name will not be printed on the badge.

📌[Mandatory 5] Invitations, [Optional-General 4] Parking Pass : You must apply for the

required quantity in order to receive them.

 

 

⏰ Final Extension of Application Submission Deadline(~Oct 15)

In response to numerous requests, the submission deadline for certain documents has been

finally extended until October 15 (Wed).

As the exhibition is approaching right after holiday, please make sure to complete your

submission within the extended deadline.

- Special Submission : Oct 27 ~ 31 (Surcharged rates apply)

          Daytime Electricity 1kw(100→130USD), Water Supply & Drainage and Internet(300→350USD)

  ※ Please note that if application volume during the general deadline is too high,

  additional requests in the special submission may not be accepted.
