In order to facilitate a smooth and efficient registration process, Seoul Cafe Show operates an Online Exhibitor Portal

Please make sure all the required applications are submitted on the portal including Exhibitor Profile, Additional Utilities, Invitations, Exhibitor Badges.

You can submit necessary applications for event preparation on the exhibitor portal.

Please note that the submission deadline is by September 30th and it will be limited to submit all the mandatory/optional applications.

Especially, the information registered on [Madatory - Exhibitor Profile] form will be uploaded throughout Cafe Show Seoul official channels from October 1st

such as online exhibition, Mocha Port business matching platform, floor plan and exhibitor lilst and etc. which will be promoted to global buyers.

Please consider your participation for Cafe Show Seoul 2026, and we expect the spaces would be fully booked early.

B. Period : Nov. 11 (Wed), 2026 ~ Nov. 14 (Sat), 2026, 4 days

C. Venue : Coex Exhibition Center (Hall A ~ Hall D)

D. Participation Fee : Space-Only 3,300 USD

                                   Shell Stand 3,800 USD

E. Discount : Early Bird Registration 264 USD / per booth

                      Re-participation 99 USD / per booth

                      Participated more than 5 times (2020~2025) 165 USD / per booth

F. How to participate

1) Cafe Show Seoul website (https://eng.cafeshow.com/eng/main.asp) log-in as an exhibitor

2) Exhibitor tap → 「2026 Exhibitor Application」 fill in & submit → the application form → Send and email of signed copy

G. Application Period

-Early Bird Registration : Sep. 1, 2025 ~ Nov. 30, 2025

H. Order of Booth Allocation

-Official Sponsor → Exhibitors with more than 4 booths → Exhibitors with less than 4 booths

※ In case of the same booth size, the priority will be decided according to the booth allocation points which include submission of application and number of pre-participation.

※ Corner booth option(800 USD) is expected to be fully registered as soon as the exhibitor application is open (first 50 companies)
