Here we send you the 「Exhibitor Manual」 and 「Booth Floor Plan」 for the upcoming Cafe Show preparation on November.

Please refer to the information below and attached manual to well prepare the exhibition.

 

1. Exhibitor Manual

 

Please find the exhibitor manual which includes important contents such as 

exhibition preparation schedule, booth/additional facilities details, mandatory document submission.

2. Online Application Submission

 

Cafe Show Online Exhibitor Portal will be open on September 1st. 

 

Please make sure you submit all the necessary online applications for the exhibition preparation.

Exhibitor profile, entrance badge, and additional utilities are mandatory for all exhibitors.

It will be limited to apply after the deadline. Please submit all the required applications.

3. Floor Plan

 

Based on the 「Cafe Show Seoul Booth Allocation Rules」, the booth selection process has been completed according to the booth size, booth allocation point (registration order, reparticipation, etc.), payment.

Please refer to the attached booth allocation rules as well as the floor plan URL.

 

The floor plan is the first draft for the exhibitors, and the final version will be released after brand name (signage name) is all confirmed.

Brand Name(Signage Name) can be submitted on the exhibitor portal - [Mandatory Application] - Exhibitor Profile.
