  • One kettle, two distinct pouring styles. PALATTI introduces the ENSO Electric Kettle, designed to let brewers choose the ideal water flow for different coffees and brewing methods.

    The ENSO Electric Kettle features two interchangeable spouts. The STILL spout provides a precise and stable low flow rate of 1?16 g/s, while the FLEX spout offers a faster and wider flow range of 2?26 g/s, allowing brewers to the right pouring style for each brew.

    PALATTI’s Universal Coffee Dripper features a modular design that separates the dripper wall and base. The different structures of TERRA, DUNE, and MIST can be combined to explore various brewing methods and flavor profiles.

    PALATTI KOREA is the official distributor of PALATTI in Korea, introducing PALATTI coffee equipment, including the ENSO Electric Kettle and Universal Coffee Dripper, to the Korean market.
