We are grown from 38 registered customers, 4 baristas, 30 square meter cafe to 40,000 registered customers, 30 baristas, 130 square meter cafe through several slow changes. And we have been receiving love from local neighborhoods and coffee holics by pursuing coffee as a culture more than product. Tong-in Coffee Works launched The third episode ´Black essence´ in 2014 is advocating "essence of the black stuff" and now keep trying to achieve higher levels of roasting, improving the new extraction methods, customer choice option. Tong-in Coffee Works currently operates two takeaway COFFEESTOP kiosks and switched to the Corporation HnCI, now get ready to start a new 2016 with expansion of coffee roasting facility, launch online shopping mall.
