Llach Cafe has produced quality coffees since 1876. Spanish immigrant, Francisco Lasplasas, acquired the first estate and converted it into a coffee plantation which was acquired by his son, Prudencio Llach Capdevila around 1890. Since then, Llach Cafe has been dedicated to producing only the finest coffees while caring for the environment growing it under tree shade, which provides housing for thousands of bird, animal and plant species. At Llach Cafe we are very concerned for minimizing the use of natural resources for the processing of coffee and its impact on the environment. We use eco-friendly machinery for processing the washed coffee cherries, which use minimum water, and naturally sundried the beans to get the best possible flavor on your cup.
