We think of the value of universality. Intention, willingness to change and philosophy must rely on universality in order to be in gear with people’s daily life. Design seems to be the very means of arousing sympathy and unconsciously touching people with changes and with something unnoticeable.
We dream of making a standard. By a standard, we mean something that changes and moves the ways of petty acts, thoughts and habits in everyday life of countless people as if those were radically good, that makes them get accustomed anew to those changes without their knowledge, and that leads them to feel a sense of awkwardness when it is gone someday.
If we had a social goal or an ideal intention such as eco-friendliness, and if our intention led to ideal changes in everyday life of many people gradually and unnoticeably, the driving force for realizing such changes would be the impact of universality.
Therefore, we believe in the power of universality.
