Coffee ON, a Dutch coffee brand which targets to make tasty and healthy cold brew coffee.
Conventional cold brew coffee makers originally consists of three parts water supplier, coffee power container, and extracted coffee container. However, each part in these makers is disconnected from each other, which may not only decrease the taste, but also cannot guarantee the cleanliness of the extracted coffee.
To overcome these drawbacks, we proposed a new cold brew maker by combining these parts into one enclosed system. By using this unique technique, polluted substances from the surrounding air (such as dust, airborne bacteria, etc…) cannot penetrate into the coffee. In addition, the coffee aroma with deep, rich and fragrance incense is confined during the coffee extraction. This special coffee extraction technique is patented by Korean Intellectual Property Office (No. 10-1490405), and targeted for commercialisation deployment and technology transfer towards a new brand launch.
