"Lagrima" (literally meaning “tears” in the Spanish language) was founded several years ago when Dutch coffee was first launched in Korea. The founder became concerned about the health and safety of the Dutch coffee in the market. As a result, he developed his own patented “Cold Brew Coffee Extraction System” and built a HACCP certified facility which can produce 7000 liters of cold-brewed coffee using 250 tons of beans annually. Brüworks Coffee Company was founded by people who are equally passionate about their drinks! Having pioneered the craft beer movement in Korea, the founders of Brüworks started wondering why coffee couldn’t be more exciting too. That’s where the adventure started. Working with the experts at La Grima, who shared their passion for coffee, they’ve been able to create a uniquely refreshing craft coffee with the rich flavors and appeal of craft beer. Together, Brüworks and La Grima are proud to introduce Nitro Coffee.
