Spray Dutch Coffee, wins the 8th Korean Grand Patent (The Hankook-Ilbo,2014), has been made by the patented process (Patent KR 10-1381480) which is the world´s first spraying cold water to extract coffee. By spraying cold water with the solidcone type precision nozzle, it helps to moisturize the whole beans so that it brings out deeper flavor in coffee. Moreover, with extracted active ingredients from the 24-hour artificial controlling system, avoiding water paths with even bigger grinded beans, the taste will be more fresher and softer like a silk.
