About us

  • NARROW WAY Inc. designs and manufactures AI-powered unmanned coffee kiosks. Founded in 2021 after starting as a coffee machine distributor in 2019, the company moved to in-house manufacturing in 2024 and has since deployed more than 500 units across Korea.

Our kiosks handle the entire process without staff ? from espresso extraction and beverage preparation to payment. A remote management platform gives operators real-time visibility into sales, inventory and machine status at every location. A preventive monitoring system detects component anomalies before damage occurs, halts the machine and sends an alert to the operator's app, addressing the single largest source of loss in unmanned operation: downtime that goes unnoticed.

Our machines are installed in unmanned cafes, office and factory break rooms, residential community lounges and accommodation facilities.

BREWA, our second-generation platform, makes its debut at Cafe Show Seoul 2026.

    Product
BREWA is a second-generation AI coffee kiosk that runs the entire process, from espresso extraction and beverage preparation to payment, without staff. Two grinders and two brewers operate independently, so the machine keeps serving even if one side faults. Component anomalies are graded in three tiers: the kiosk stops before damage occurs and alerts the operator through a management app.
