YM COFFEE PROJECT began as a project in Europe exploring and comparing people’s preferences in coffee. By observing what flavors people enjoy and how differently the same coffee can be perceived, we gradually developed our own standards for what makes a good cup of coffee.

Since opening our first location in Daejo-dong, Seoul in 2015, we have expanded to YM COFFEE PROJECT Yeonsinnae, Gupabal, and Seocho. At our roasting factory in Paju, we roast our own coffees with a focus on expressing both clarity of character and balance across blends and single origins.

Rather than following trends, YM COFFEE PROJECT continues to refine its standards through accumulated experience, creating coffees that are approachable yet leave a distinct and lasting impression.
