About us

  • SLOWN is a fine non-alcoholic beverage brand built around one idea: The Perfect Table Companion. Founded in 2019 as a kombucha education studio in Seoul, SLOWN now crafts raw, unpasteurized kombucha and non-alcoholic sparkling teas in its own HACCP-certified brewery in Hanam, Korea. We naturally ferment teas selected by a tea sommelier and soft, natural carbonation through secondary fermentation, with no artificial preservatives or colorings and a 12-month refrigerated shelf life. Our drinks are designed to pair with any cuisine in any setting, from hotels and fine dining to cafes and home tables. The lineup includes the 750ml Black Label for aperitif and dining pairing, the 200ml Premium Tea and Blending lines, a 1L bulk bottle for bars and cafes, and custom OEM development.     OPENING, from SLOWN Black Label, is a 750ml premium non-alcoholic sparkling tea crafted as an aperitif alternative. Apo tea, made from the young spring buds of wild tea trees, is blended with bergamot, pine needle, lavender and lemon myrtle and naturally fermented. Citrus and herbal aromas, elegant acidity, and a clean pine-lavender finish. Unpasteurized, naturally carbonated, no artificial additives. Ideal as a welcome drink, aperitif, or for fine-dining pairing.
