We are inspired by Cairo’s rich history and tradition of excellence and its pursuit in every field. By seeking, sourcing, roasting and brewing some of the world’s finest coffees, we work to present a caffeic expression of this tradition of excellence.

Since the discovery of coffee, one country alone continues serving its original three brewing forms: Egypt. Qahwa from a Dallah, Bunn from a Jebena, & Ahwa from a Kanaka. This Cafeshow, Cairo Coffee Collective is serving a 5 course menu with African, Asian & American origins brewed for a 40 minute deep dive in coffee & tradition.
