  • What is Two Face?
    A drink that is made with a double fermentation process.
    A brewed green tea undergoes a unique 6-week open-vessel
    fermentation. After 4 weeks, fruit is added to deepen the flavor.
    Our slow, natural process transforms the alcohol from the first
    fermentation into organic acids in a second one, creating a
    tangy, alcohol-free drink with complexity in taste usually only
    found in alcoholic ones.
    This method builds flavor the way time builds character.
    No shortcuts. No fake add-ons. Just raw ingredients allowed to
    find their true voice.
    Our taste-profiles are rooted in Scandinavian nature. Wild
    berries, quince, rosehip, herbs, cherry, sea buckthorn.
    Ingredients that have been around forever, but here they arrive
    with new shoes, a new haircut, and suddenly feel timeless and
    modern at the same time.
    We are a suburb brewery located in the Stockholm area of Sweden, and want our drinks to see the world.
