As an official organization authorized by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, KAC(KOREA ASSOCIATION OF CHOCOLATE) has solidified the foundation of Korean chocolate industry by fostering a scientific understanding of cacao and chocolate, conducting research on the functional properties of cacao, developing chocolate processing technologies, and expanding the industry's infrastructure.
