    From elegant and complex to expressive and unique: our coffees each have their own characteristics. We roast them to bring out their individual qualities ? always clean and balanced.

    Founded by Felix Teiretzbacher in Austria, we’re an independent specialty coffee roastery driven by a fascination with coffee in all its diversity. Since 2012, we’ve been sourcing exceptional green coffees and roasting them carefully in small batches, paying close attention to what makes each one special.

    Curiosity still shapes everything we do. In 2022, Felix became World Coffee Roasting Champion, a milestone that reflects years of dedication to understanding coffee and refining the craft of roasting.

    Today, we continue to do what we’ve always believed in: source with care, roast with precision and share coffees that have something genuinely interesting to say.
