Since 2010, Miyabi's Baumkuchen Specialty Store has been producing and selling Japanese-style Baumkuchen in Osaka, Japan, and in August 2023, it entered the Korean market to introduce its products, known for their “soft and fluffy texture,” to Korean customers as well.
We opened Korea’s first directly operated store in Namyangju, Korea, and since August 2024, we have been producing and selling in Korea at a manufacturing facility certified with HACCP. The signature product of “Okurimono7” is the Baumkuchen, which is best known for its plain flavor as well as its chocolate latte and matcha versions, along with a variety of flavors such as hojicha, strawberry, banana, and caramel. It is available online (in addition to Coupang Fresh) and offline (at pop-up stores in department stores, etc.).
