Every winter, to preserve the health of the forest, we carefully tend to the trees and produce maple sap only as much as the forest permits, without disrupting the rhythm of nature, growing together with the forest in a sustainable way. We renew our organic certification (Ecocert) every year and always harvest maple syrup under strict management. The Corson & Webb farm does not mix its maple syrup with that of other farms, making traceability easy, while ensuring a consistent taste and rich flavor.

Unlike blended syrups, it retains the unique flavor of its origin (a single forest). Because the soil and sap quality of the forest remain consistent, there is little variation in flavor.
