White212 Blend

White212 is built on contrast. An Ethiopia G1 washed base brings floral clarity, an Ethiopia G1 natural adds fruit-driven sweetness, and Costa Rica anchors it with structure and balance. A light roast, carefully developed to avoid scorching and tipping, preserves volatile aromatics and keeps the acidity bright but never sharp. Bergamot and lemongrass lead into fresh fruit, with gentle sweetness through the mid-palate. The aroma evolves as the cup cools, finishing light-bodied and clean.
