We’re Deodeokmong, a third-generation deodeok farm in Yesan, Chungnam, Korea.
Deodeok is often seen as something medicinal and bitter, and for many people, the only way to enjoy it is grilled.
But here, deodeok becomes so much more ? lattes, cookies, jellies, compotes, and even savory dishes.
They’re all made with deodeok.
We delicious and approachable ways for everyone to discover, enjoy, and fall in love with deodeok.
