  • We are Philocoffea, a Japanese specialty coffee company based in Chiba and Tokyo.
    Our founder, Tetsu Kasuya, winner of the 2016 World Brewers Cup and creator of the renowned “4:6 method,” has inspired coffee enthusiasts and professionals around the world with his unique approach “everyone can brew delicious coffee”.

    At Philocoffea, we source only top-grade beans through direct and ethical relationships with farmers. Every roast is crafted with precision, carefully adjusting each variable to highlight the coffee’s natural characteristics.

    We lead Japan’s specialty coffee scene on a global level ? not only through Tetsu’s vision, but also through the skill and passion of our professional baristas.
