La Cabra Coffee was founded in Aarhus, Denmark in 2012. In 2013, we began sourcing and roasting coffee our own way, building a unique approach shaped by our small-town roots. This honesty earned us a strong reputation at home and growing recognition abroad. Today, we work with quality-driven partners and serve customers in over 60 countries, with locations in Copenhagen, New York, Bangkok, and Oman.

We focus on transparency and quality, making intentional decisions to highlight the character of each coffee. Roasting is guided by cupping, not brew method. We travel often?to origins and cities?seeking inspiration and building lasting relationships with producers.

We value seasonal freshness, clean brewing, and clear, bright cups that reflect origin. Through all of this, we remain curious?always learning, improving, and sharing exceptional coffee experiences.
