  • AIRE COFFEE is a specialty coffee brand named after aire, the Spanish word for “air.”
    Like air, our coffee stays with you - quiet and essential.
    Something, anything, nothing, and everything.
    We believe in coffee’s ability to exist differently in each moment - shaped by who you are, where you are, and how you feel.
    Located near City Hall in Seoul’s business district, we roast our beans in-house and serve well-balanced espresso and single-origin filter coffee.
    We see coffee as a language - one that connects people, places, emotions, and memory. Each cup is crafted to be a calm and steady rhythm in the flow of daily life.

    AIRE COFFEE is a micro-roastery based near City Hall in Seoul, roasting fresh beans daily. Our curated selection features seasonal single origins and blends, crafted for balanced espresso and clean filter cups. Each bean reflects its origin’s character, offering a versatile range of flavors for both everyday and specialty coffee experiences.

    Homemade Vanilla Syrup

    AIRE COFFEE’s house-made vanilla syrup is crafted by splitting real vanilla beans into unrefined sugar, then slow-cooking and aging the mixture for a deep, rich flavor. Designed to balance perfectly with coffee, it’s also versatile enough for milk, toast, or desserts. Based on the recipe we use in our cafe, it brings AIRE COFFEE’s signature taste into any setting.
