Sinki Coffee began in 2016 on the island of Yeongdo in Busan, transforming the old Sinki Industrial office building into a cafe with the vision of sharing a local brand rooted in Yeongdo. Since then, we have expanded to open Sinki Forest, Sinki Yeoul, and Sinki Haero, and today we continue our journey under the name Sinki Coffee, with locations in Gwangalli, Yeongdo, and Miffy Cafe.
With the slogan “Connecting people through coffee and space,” our philosophy draws inspiration from Morse code, the language that once bridged distant voices. From this spirit, we created our signature blends-Dot Blend and Line Blend-while also curating six new single-origin coffees each month for our filter offerings.
Through the Seoul Cafe Show, we hope to share the story of Sinki Coffee, a local brand born on the island of Yeongdo, and connect with people from all over through the experience of coffee.

Dot Blend Born from the spirit of Morse code -the very first language of long-distance connection- Dot Blend marks the beginning of Sinki Coffee’s story. Just as every line starts with a single dot, this blend is crafted to be the approachable foundation for anyone’s coffee journey. A creamy body carries notes of nuttiness, gentle sweetness, and a touch of bittersweet depth, coming together in a beautifully balanced cup. Line Blend Inspired by Morse code -the beginning of long-distance communication - Line Blend is Sinki Coffee’s second creation. Just as a line emerges from a dot, this blend extends beyond the foundation of Dot Blend to a new flow, highlighting the brightness and character of coffee’s inherent acidity. Delicate floral notes unfold alongside the sweet, rounded acidity of stone fruits and nuts, coming together in a cup that lingers with layered complexity.

Pulse Blend Evolving from dots and lines into rhythm, Pulse Blend -Sinki Coffee’s third creation- captures the heartbeat of coffee’s energy. It brings vitality to everyday life with its lively flow. This seasonal blend highlights the sweet-tart brightness of strawberries, perfectly suited for winter. For moments when you want to share fresh energy, Pulse Blend offers a cup full of life and rhythm. Origin: Ethiopia 65% · Colombia 35%
