With years of expertise, a certified Q-Arabica Grader and a U.S. Authorized SCA Trainer (AST) personally oversee bean selection and roasting. Goheung Yuzu Coffee is a wine-style specialty coffee made by fermenting Santiago Dutch coffee with Goheung’s local yuzu for over two weeks using Santiago’s unique fermentation method.
