MAISON COFFEE is a specialty coffee roastery and manufacturer dedicated to promoting Vietnamese Arabica from Son La Province. Working directly with ethnic minority women farmers, we ensure fair partnerships, sustainability, and exceptional quality. Following SCA standards, we carefully manage every stage of production, from selective harvesting to meticulous processing, to preserve flavor integrity and traceability. At our roastery, we use world-class equipment, including a Probat roaster, to highlight the distinctive characteristics of Son La Arabica, clean, balanced, and vibrant, with unique notes. Our mission is to elevate Vietnamese Arabica to global recognition while empowering farming communities. At MAISON COFFEE, every cup celebrates craftsmanship, community, and the rich potential of Vietnam’s highlands.
