Restrictions on Suitcases and Carts in Exhibition Halls & Luggage Concierge Center Information

Hello, this is the Seoul Cafe Show Secretariat.

To prevent accidents and ensure a safe and comfortable exhibition environment, suitcases and wheeled transport equipment (including carts) are not permitted inside the exhibition halls at the 25th Seoul Cafe Show.

This measure is intended to prevent collisions and injuries caused by the wheels of suitcases and carts. We kindly ask all visitors and exhibitors for your understanding and cooperation.

If you need luggage storage or delivery services, please use the Luggage Concierge Center operated by Jimcarry, a professional logistics service provider. All services, including storage, coat check, packing, and delivery, are available for a fee.

Dates: November 11 (Wed) – November 14 (Sat), 2026 (4 days)
1F Center: Lobby in front of Hall B (toward the Grand Ballroom)
3F Center: Lobby in front of Hall D (toward the Auditorium)

⏰ Operating Hours & Service Cutoff Times

For smooth service, we recommend visiting before 15:30.
Domestic parcel service – same-day pickup cutoff: 14:00 daily
Same-day express delivery – application cutoff: 14:00, November 11–13 (not available November 14)

💳 Luggage Storage & Coat Check Fees

Luggage storage (S): KRW 2,000
Luggage storage (M): KRW 3,000
Luggage storage (L): KRW 4,000
Luggage storage (XL): KRW 5,000
Coat check (1 garment): KRW 3,000

※ All fees are per item, per day. Luggage sizes will be determined on-site.

👥 Information for Visitors

1. Luggage Storage 🧳

Suitcases, carts, boxes, umbrellas, backpacks, shopping bags, and other items can be stored for the day. Due to limited storage space, restrictions on eligible items and quantities may apply.

2. Coat Check 🧥

Available at the 1F Center only. Leave your heavy coats and padded jackets with us and enjoy the exhibition more comfortably.

Hangers and garment covers provided
One garment per hanger
Limited storage capacity

3. Domestic Parcel Delivery 📦

Items purchased at the exhibition, as well as other luggage, can be shipped to addresses within Korea.

Received before 14:00: Collected on the same day
Received after 14:00: Collected on the next business day

Preparing the sender and recipient information in advance will help speed up the process.

4. Same-Day Express Delivery 🚚

A faster delivery option than standard parcel shipping. You can collect your luggage at a Jimcarry location in Seoul, Daegu, Busan, or Daejeon, or have it delivered to an address in your desired city.

Application cutoff: 14:00 daily
Not available: November 14 (Sat)
Size and weight limit: Sum of the three box dimensions must not exceed 100 cm weight must not exceed 14 kg
In-store collection: Please collect by 20:00 on the same day

※ Additional fees may apply if your items are not collected within the designated time.

5. Packing Materials 📦

Boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and other packing materials are available for purchase on-site.

Box material: BA-flute corrugated cardboard
Limited quantities available on a first-come, first-served basis

If you would like to purchase packing materials in advance and collect them on-site, please contact the Luggage Concierge Center through its website or in person.

🏢 Information for Exhibitors

1. Domestic Parcel Delivery

Ship parcels to your office, warehouse, customers, or any other address within Korea.

Received before 14:00: Collected on the same day
Received after 14:00: Collected on the next business day

Please prepare the sender and recipient information in advance for faster processing. If you expect to send 10 or more parcels, please visit the center beforehand to discuss arrangements.

2. Same-Day Express Delivery 🚚

Available under the same conditions as for visitors.

Application cutoff: 14:00 daily
Size and weight limit: Sum of the three box dimensions must not exceed 100 cm weight must not exceed 14 kg
In-store collection: Please collect by 20:00 on the same day
Not available on November 14 (Sat)

3. Extended Storage Service 📦

Exhibitors who register in advance may use the center as temporary storage throughout the four-day exhibition.

Items may be stored and retrieved during center operating hours
No access after the center closes
Available only for prearranged quantities additional items may not be accepted once capacity is reached

4. Nationwide Freight Service 🚛

Nationwide freight transport and courier services are available. Please visit the center to inquire at least one day before the intended service date.

5. Packing Materials 📦

Boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and other packing materials are available for purchase on-site. Please inquire in advance for bulk purchases.

⚠️ Important Notes

All services at the center are paid services. Credit card payment only.
Cash payments, bank transfers, and tax invoices are not available.
Domestic parcels received by 14:00 will be collected on the same day. Parcels received afterward will be collected on the next business day.
Same-day express delivery applications close at 14:00 and the service is unavailable on November 14 (Sat).
We recommend visiting before 15:30 for smooth service. On November 14 (Sat), please visit before 14:00.
Advance arrangements are available for bulk parcel shipments.
Packing materials are available in limited quantities. Please inquire in advance for bulk purchases or advance orders with on-site pickup.
