 Dear Exhibitors,  Greetings from Cafe Show Seoul. 🍁   As the event is just around the corner, we would like to share some important on-site information and schedules.   It is recommended to save or in advance so that you can check more easily.    📕 Download On-Site Information     [Important Schedule Notice] Please check the key on-site information and schedule in the attached fileand make the necessary preparations to ensure there are no issues with the exhibition setup and operation.   [Additional Utilities Application & Maintenance Contacts] The additional utilities submitted through Exhibitor Portal before the deadline will be up during the set-up period.   If you need any extra utilities during the set-up period, please visit the Hall B Organizer Offices.   Please refer to the key contact persons for each additional utility category for your reference.     [Organizer’s Office & Service Center Locations] As our appreciation for your participation, we are pleased to provide each exhibitor a Welcome Kit. Please pick up the Welcome Kit at the Organizer’s Office on the 2nd floor. You can also pick up the Cherry''s Choice and Green Booth foam boards.   The Organizer’s Office also provides assistance with additional services such as 2026 participation registration or additional utilities requests. Kindly note with the office location for your convenience on-site.   Exhibitor badges can be collected at the Registration Desk located at the hall entrance.     [Food Waste Disposal] Food waste generated at the booths will be collected separately.
