2. Jeju Fermented Coffee Lab
MYBEANS´s own coffee is fermented by "Nuruk", a korean traditional leavening agent.
The green beans are covered in Nuruk and dried by wind, thus giving it the healthy taste of Korea.

Through endless research and experimentation, MYBEANS have discovered the optimum extraction point to create a premium cold brew coffee.
As the coffee is extracted for long time at a low temperature, it has characteristics of low loss fragrance and smooth taste.
