We are Korea´s first liquid nitrogen ice cream brand Voila. We have opened up to 38th store. Using -196 Celsius degree liquid nitrogen, Voila instantaneously freezes fresh materials to make our product. Therefore, we don´t add preservatives or artificial (color) that are harmful to a human body. We only use healthy and fresh ingredients. Base materials of the ice creams are produced in-house at HACCP certified factory and distributed three times per week to the stores. In June, Voila has launched numerous of new drinks, including 1900won americano and expect to launch a new product with a combination of organic bread and icecream in October. In the midst of sensitive consumer trend in Korea, Voila is leading to stay ahead of others to produce products that meet demand of consumers. In August, we have lowered our material cost by 5% to support franchisees that were being impacted by Mers.
