Dak Coffee Roasters is based in charming Amsterdam, Netherlands and was founded by two Canadians from Montreal.
Our main passion? Sharing delicious coffees with people. We achieve this by working closely with producers and trusted partners to source unique coffees while keeping seasonality, sustainability and quality in mind. Sharing different origins, processing methods and varietals is important to us. This is why you will always find a wide range of these in our offering to reflect diversity in coffee and to ensure there is always something new to experience. Roasting is what matters the most to us. Our IMF roasting machine allows us to roast our coffees light, while also being well developed. Our objective is to find the perfect balance between brightness, clarity and sweetness that we believe is the best expression of the coffees we select.
