About us

  • BNCR operates under the slogan "Healthy Coffee, Happy Life," offering healthy and quality coffee.

    We developed a patented extraction method called "Separation Drip," which reduces side effects of coffee, such as insomnia, while enhancing its flavor and aroma. Through this technology, we have been certified as a venture company and operate an in-house coffee research institute.

    We also developed the world's first fully automatic Dutch machine using the Separation Drip method, which produces and sells undiluted cold brew concentrate extracted with cold water.

    BNCR is a specialty coffee shop operating and supporting Pangyo Bonobono Coffee Roasters and nine coffee shops nationwide. As a coffee bean manufacturer, we roast high-quality specialty beans such as Panama Geisha and Jamaica Blue Mountain daily.

    As a specialized coffee education institution, we provide various programs in coffee extraction, roasting, and business education for universities, institutions, and companies.
