GASSEM BLENDING BEAN-TO-BAR SERIES

Chocolate is very similar to grapes wine. The Flavdepending on various conditions (where the cacao beans are grown, the environment such like the soil condition, climates..) the artisan’s touch. GASSEM bean-to-bar series are made with blending cacao beans with Moro blood orange, Carob, Artichoke, WPI, ISP, Oats various kinds of functional ingredients. You can feel very healthy rich flavored created by HMCNC master artisan who have a highly experienced chocolate skills.
