The CVA App is a digital platform based on the SCA Coffee Value Assessment (CVA) system, designed to quantify sensory experiences in coffee evaluation. It integrates descriptive, affective, extrinsic, and physical assessments, allowing users to record, analyze, and visualize data in real time. From training to competitions, it supports collective and individual evaluations, transforming subjective coffee tasting into objective, data-driven insights.
