Cafe Show Seoul is a global coffee event that brings together everything that shapes the cafe industry—from coffee, tea, desserts, bakery, and beverages to equipment and cafe spaces. Launched in 2002, the show celebrates its 25th edition this year, bringing the global F&B industry to Seoul each year to discover what’s next in the café industry.
Cafe Show Seoul has expanded beyond coffee to embrace the entire cafe experience. Across four exhibition halls, visitors can explore everything surrounding a cup—from specialty coffee and tea to desserts, bakery, ice cream, machines and equipment, interiors, and lifestyle brands.
Cafe Show Seoul is where the year’s cafe business begins. Industry professionals can connect with the right partners through Business Days and business matching programs, while the Excellence Awards and Cherry’s Choice highlight the products and trends to watch for the year ahead.
Each year, brands from more than 30 countries participate in Cafe Show Seoul, joined by domestic and international buyers, cafe owners, and industry professionals.
International brands can experience firsthand how the Korean cafe market responds to their products and connect with potential partners in Korea and abroad through business matching and the World Coffee Forum.
During Cafe Show Seoul, the World Coffee Forum brings the industry together to discuss the future of coffee,
while the Seoul Coffee Festival extends coffee culture throughout the city.
In 2026, the Asia-Pacific’s 100 Best Coffee Shops list will also be unveiled for the first time at Cafe Show Seoul.
“Hwaljjak (활짝 · Bloom)” is the theme of Cafe Show Seoul 2026, expressing how coffee connects with a wider world,
cafes embrace greater possibilities, and individual tastes expand more freely.
Together with the slogan “A Cup of the World,” the theme reflects this year’s direction—from a single cup of coffee to the broader café industry.
The key visual is inspired by traditional Korean dancheong motifs.
The 25th Cafe Show Seoul will take place from Wednesday, November 11 to Saturday, November 14, 2026,
across all exhibition halls at COEX in Seoul. November 11–12 will be Business Days for industry professionals,
while November 13–14 will be Public Days.
